Postage Costs:
DELIVERY
Our usual form of delivery for smaller items is by Royal Mail fits class recorded delivery. Larger and/or Heavier orders are sent by carrier. Please note both services will require a signature. We will be happy to deliver to another an alternative address if this preferred.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS.
We are happy to exchange or refund any item which is damaged or faulty. Items must be returned in unused condition before a refund is processed. We cannot refund on items that have been engraved incorrectly if the error is not on our part. Refunds will only be processed within 30 days upon reciept. Recorded delivery is recommended as we cannot accept liablity for any items being lost. Please include your full name and address.
